Most RV doors have a small, heavily tinted window. Close the outer door and the inside gets dark, and you can't see much of where you're camped. Open it, and your heat or AC goes right out through the screen.
Clear View fixes that. It's a clear cover that attaches to the inside of your screen door with heavy duty Velcro. With it on, you can leave the outer door open and still control the air temperature inside.
What changes with it on
- Daylight comes through the whole door instead of a small, tinted window. Your RV feels bigger and brighter.
- You can watch the kids, the dog, or the campfire from inside.
- You control your indoor air temperature, whatever the weather is doing outside.
- Your doors work as normal. The screen door slider and handle still work.
How it's made
Clear View comes in two pieces, a top panel and a bottom panel. Either one comes off on its own, so you can open up part of the door when the weather is perfect. The panels are UV resistant, and the Velcro strips come already attached to them. Clear View is patent pending.
In the box you get the two-piece cover, the Velcro strips on the panels, printed instructions, and a drawstring storage bag.
Will it fit my door?
Clear View fits Lippert screen doors that measure 24 3/4" wide by 70" long. That is the only size we make right now, so measure your screen door before you order.
If your door is a different size, send us your measurements. We'll let you know when we make one that fits.
Putting it on
There are six steps, and no tools or drilling. You clean the frame with rubbing alcohol, lay the panels flat, then press the Velcro onto the frame a little at a time, bottom panel first. The installation instructions have every step and a video of Rosane putting it on.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is free in the United States, and orders usually arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Clear View comes with a 30 day money-back satisfaction guarantee and a 1 year guarantee for manufacturing defects. The details are in our refund policy.
